Craft & Retail Vendors

Showcase your handmade crafts, artwork, retail products, or services at our 5th annual Prairie Harvest Fest! Join us Saturday, September 26th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the LEE Community Center.

We welcome artisans, crafters, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early to secure your spot!

Food Vendors

Bring your delicious food to Prairie Harvest Fest! We have multiple time slots available so you can participate for part of the day or the entire event.

Whether you have a food truck, trailer, or booth setup, we'd love to have you join us. Out of respect for all vendors, we work to avoid booking vendors that sell the same items.

Setup Info
  • Setup: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Trucks with trailers must disconnect to save space
  • Location assigned 2 weeks before event

  • ST-19 form required
  • Copy of insurance required
  • Provide own utensils, plates, cups
  • Liquor license if serving alcohol
